Every project is different. After an initial discovery call we provide a fixed-scope or time-and-materials proposal with transparent milestones and costs.
How long does a typical project take?+
An MVP can ship in 6–10 weeks. Larger enterprise programs are delivered in phases with weekly demos so you see momentum from day one.
How can I track my project or support request?+
Use the 'Track Request' page and enter your reference ID (VMK-2026-XXXXX for projects, VMK-SUP-XXXXX for support tickets).
How do I raise a support ticket?+
Visit the Support Center and submit the ticket form. You'll receive a VMK-SUP reference ID immediately.
